The aim of Agape Academy’s Capacity Development (DP) unit is to provide continuous organizational development support to Agape Implementing Partners across programs. Our capacity development support focuses on organizational development areas, that are critical in enabling organizations to survive and deliver their core mandates. We offer customized DP support, that is based on the growth and development phases of our partner organizations. Our DP support focuses on strengthening organizations in the following key areas: Governance and Leadership, Management, Financial Resources, Human Resources, External Relations, Advocacy and in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting , Learning And Development. Key approaches the department applies include: organizational capacity assessments,mentoring, coaching, training, peer learning support.
